Doris brings 43 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including 33 years as Owner and President of Cody Financial Mortgage Services, Inc.
She began her career in Los Angeles as a loan processor, quickly advancing to underwriter and later Vice President at Merchant Bank of California. Those early leadership roles built a deep understanding of underwriting standards, risk analysis, and loan structuring from the inside out.
In 1992, Doris moved to Pennsylvania and founded Cody Financial. What began as a single office in Boiling Springs has grown into a long-standing, trusted mortgage company serving clients throughout Central Pennsylvania and beyond.
This fall marks 34 years of Cody Financial serving clients — a milestone built on consistency, discipline, and a commitment to doing business the right way.

Doris has been married to her husband for 38 years and is the proud mother of three children and grandmother to three grandchildren.
